can anyone help. here is my mri

hi i was in a motorbike crash 7months age. mri was done of my lumbar spine, results were unremarkable. i have pain accross my butt and down the back of my legs to my toes. if i extend my back a little i get a sharp pain. also i cant do normal things like hold up the newspaper to read it. mopping the floor causes considrable pain. i have pain in my thoracic region, somtimes feels like a cold or flue feeling (stiffness). breathing is somwath redtricted also. i have pian in right side of my back above waist. i have pain in neck also. urinary problems bed wetting. there is some thingling if i lie down and put my hands over my head. im seing a new specialist this month for second opinion and new mri of thoracic region. anyway my question is can you look at my mri of my lumbar spine and tell me what you think. you can see my thoracic spine in the mri although nat all of it. i think there is a bulge between t10 t11 and a lack of fluid also. i know you might not want to give an opinion but im wondering if someone else can see what i see. here is a link to my mri the image is not great as i scanned it into my pc and then posted it.

Your accident sounds horrific!  It is unfortunate that you did not receive physical therapy shortly after your injury as treatment may have reduced the significant residuals you are now experiencing.
A new consultation with an orthopedic spine specialist would be beneficial to determine the appropriate actions to take at this time.  A thoracic MRI may show changes related to some of your symptoms, but the majority of your symptoms sound more like problems associated with the lumbar spine or facet joints.  This could involve structural changes such as spondylolisthesis or degenerative changes such as bone spurs.
As your injury was 7 months ago, the new doctor might want to obtain new films of your entire spine to see if there has been interval changes since your last films.
This forum is comprised of individuals who have had problems with abnormal conditions of the spine, but no doctors contribute (as of now) to the discussions.  You could post a question on the "Ask A Doctor" expert forum and perhaps a medical professional can assist you further.  I do not think they would try to diagnose your symptoms based on a picture of your MRI, but perhaps could offer some additional input.
I do not know how the health system works in Ireland, but I do hope that you do get the treatment you need without further delays.

yes i did have globalized soft tissue injurys also. the doc on charge of me when i was admitted to hospital not ortopidic. the reson i was admitted under him is because i was nocked out for a long time. he orderd mri of lumbar spine only. in my mri i think you can see some of my thoracic spine. and to me it looks like a bulge at t10/t11. i have compared it to other mri images on the net and its the same. my mri report only reports on two of my lumbar disc's rather then my hole spine. i have loss of sensation in my grion area also. when i went to see this dr as an outpatiant after tree month i was told i was under the rong team and that i should have been under ortopidic. still no PT. then when i seen a PT they would not do PT on me cause of my loss of sensation in fingers, she wrote to my GP and asked for guidance. then i seen the ortopidic and he told my to go for PT and come back after tree months, went back still no PT and h then told me to come back in tree months. so i asked for copy,s of mri films and report. and made an appointment to go to private clinic to see ortopidic and uroligest ( bleeding / bed wetting ). tis is not a case of me getting good treatment and still complaining i have not had good treatment. as a matter of fact when i was in hospital the doc told my " ah just lie there till u get better, i can do no more"and walked away. the nurse told me he had had a bad day. i have gotten worse not better. i thought that some dr's were on thes site to answer questions and maby look at films.

this is what happend in crash. im driving at 45kph  on a motorbike. a guy shoots across my path and i hit the side of his car. i slide up my petrol tank and hit the handelbars  it gets me across the hip area and grion. i then smack of the driver front window pillar hitting my left side of my body. then i hit the ground with the back of my head all this while the car is still moving. i end up under the car and firecrew has to lift car off my.

i was running 3 times per week minimum 30 k and martial arts 2 times a week. i was working as a chef also. alll this has stoped. any way thats some moreinfo for yo

yours nosleep

It is not possible for anyone other than a skilled radiologist or medical professional to read MRI films with any degree of accuracy.  Has the physician who ordered the MRI discussed the findings with you?  You report that the MRI was unremarkable, but that does not mean you did not sustain some type of mechanical injury that is producing your pain.
The fact that you are experiencing symptoms in all levels of your spine could be related more to the extent of contusions and other impact problems sustained at the time of your accident.
Obtaining a second opinion may be helpful in determining what  appropriate treatment is indicated.  What treatment have you done since the time of your injury?  Have you had any physical therapy?  Major contusions and muscle pain can interfere with ability to perform daily activities.  Without significant clinical findings on MRI, you are probably feeling more pain secondary to mechanical impact than any definitive disc problems.
Post again with an update or any additional questions/concerns you may have.
