spinal lesions

Please help me. A few years ago i was going through testing in which they found lesions on my spine. They did bloodwork and sent me to a lupus doctor who said i dont have lupus. My dr then said it was just how my spine grew. Now i had another scan for a kidney infection which they found even more lesions. So my new dr did bloodwork and bone scan. Bone scan she said was normal no cancer but still waiting on the bloodwork. But from what she said there are ALOT of them. She is unsure what it is so im in for alot of testing. I feel like i have been at the drs or hospital my whole life. I have multiple kidney and bladder and uti infections. I had my gullbladder removed due to stones. Im always tired i wake up unrested. I get multiple headaches and joint aches my back hurts all the time i couldnt tell you how long this has been going on for it has been a very very long time. I have had numbness and tingling in the tips on my fingers and toes and it comes and goes. At one time it did last for about 6 months. What should i do? What could it be?

Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include infections, inflammations, auto-immune conditions, neuro-muscular causes, growths/ masses, hormonal/ endocrine abnormalities etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
