blackouts

my name is Teresa im 18 I am currently blacking out 7 or more times a day but it always happens after sitting lying or standing in a spot for a while then moving I have horrible headaches all the time my eyes are sensitive to light but when I blackout I get this really bad sensation of pressure in my neck and head sometimes it is painful and ill turn red and I have been starting to lose my balance it doesn't feel like things are spinning it feels like I cant find my balance please can someone help me with this I have been to a neurologist and had a MRI and she said everything was ok any suggestions would help at this point because this is just not ok anymore.

There is currently not an expert here - but you could not be diagnosed over the internet anyway.

Since the neurological issues have been ruled out, have you seen a cardiologst and/or ENT? Have you seen an eye doctor?

I would also get a copy of the MRI and report for your records.
