Prayers please

I try to not be a person that complains or pass judgment on others.  I also try to help change things if i  can with God's help.  I have a family member who is home schooling her 4 younger children.  She has been dealing with major depression and consequently has not been homeschooling.  I have volunteered to help by schooling the children with the idea of her getting involved.Please Please pray that I will be able to do a good job and pray that I can use this opportunity to share Christ"s love.  Please pray that  can find the right material to be an effective teacher.  (I am not a teacher by proffession.) Thank you for your prayers.

Update on my homeschooling experience.   We actually study food groups and mental, emotions and how to be sensitive to others moods and their own.  Not where I intended to go to but I prayed before I began.  Had one child pouting not wanting to go to school.  By the end she was involved.  Please continue to keep me and this family in prayer.

Thank you for your support and kind words.  Yes she is on medication and receiving counseling. It really is a sad situation.  She comes by the depression as it runs in our family and is a major chemical unbalance.  I must admit she trusts me and I was the one that got that started.  She has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone.  Right now she needs the support.

Wow, Stubby, what a wonderful, kind thing for you to do! I hope this all works out as well. It may be hard, dealing with someone with depression. She may not feel up to doing anything for awhile. Just try to be patient and be there for her and the children. That's so giving and thoughtful of you!
I hope she is under a doctor's care and is trying meds. Sometimes it can take a long time for the meds to kick in and sometimes it takes a different kind or it can take awhile. But I do hope she's at least trying them for her sake and her children's sake.
