My daughter lives in another state, but voiced to me over the phone that her daughter almost 7 urinated in her toy box.  Is this a sign of sexual abuse?  Or an emotional problem?

It would be prudent for her parents to arrange an evaluation with a pediatric mental health clinician.

Thankyou and I feel the same but yes she said that my granddaughter is acting out in school aggresively toward other children and not getting along, following rules in the class sort of thing.  It is hard to say because I only get pieces of info and dont even know if I am told the whole story.

It would not be reasonable to assert that a single behavior is indicative of either  of those things. The single behavior has to be considered in the context of the child's overall development and functioning.
