The diagnosis of a Pervasive Developmental Disorder such as Asperger's Disorder is made on the basis of clinical symptoms. So, based solely on the test results that you mention I would not conclude that he displays Asperger's Disorder. That is not to sat he does not display the condition, just that I would have to know in detail what his symptom picture is so that it can be measured against the diagnostic criteria.
He likely displays a number of conditions, among them a likely PDD-spectrum disorder. It would clarify things if he underwent a thorough developmental evaluation - this will result in a determination of his staus in the various spheres of development (cognitive, motor, social, emotional).
His symptoms are: He does repetitive actions, he mimicks things and people, he doesn't pay attention, he's very easily distracted, he don't like loud sounds(he says they distract him) he spaces out alot, he don't keep eye contact, he dont hold or start conversations, he insists his friends hate him and he says he would rather play alone and that he likes to play alone, he's very loud speaking, doesn't sleep easy at night, he's not easily social with new people, he freaks out when anyone sings the happy birthdya song to him, he doesn't understand emotions, i told him his dog had died (expecting him to cry) but it didnt phase him, he was more interested in death and asking questions, rather than being upset and he said "mama it dont make me sad" and his grandfather died and i was crying and he didnt seem phased by it at all. He always has me tear the tags of his shirt cause they make him uncomfortable, he dont like wearing socks, he still doesnt know how to tie his own shoes, or ride a bike without training wheels and still doesnt know how to bathe himself. He's had tons of complainsts about him from the school about how he doesnt stay focused, he fidgits, touches things, randomly gets from his desk and starts staring at things, talks to himself, makes noises, doesnt respond to people, ect ect
