I'd recommend finding an Upper Cervical Specialist in your area to see for this delicate situation. It's a meticulous and gentle procedure that will be complimented well with the physical therapy.

Hello,
The chiropractor is using pretty hard manipulation on my trapz muscles etc, hes pressing where the pain is coming from.
WELL,
I went to a Nurologist today and basicaly told him what was going on.
He said the chiro was making it worse by hard manipulaton.
The nuro said i need to leave it alone for a while and go to physio and get light work on it, using heat and working on pressure points. Followed by accupuncture.
He said it will take a while due to how bad it is.
He has given me anti-inflamentires and special heat rub for my back/neck.
Adam,
The most responsible thing to do first would be to notify your medical physician of these symptoms, and see if advanced imaging studies are recommended.
If not, I'm curious how long you've been visiting your present chiropractor, what technique/method he uses, and how often you receive treatments. It might be possible that an alternate form of chiropractor may be necessary to address these symptoms.
Warm wishes,
AT
