shooting pain in leg

For over 2 weeks I have had aweful pain in my right buttock and down the leg.  Should I see a chiropractor or get a massage?

You could start off with a massage to see if there's any relief... but I doubt that will do much for this particular pattern of pain. Either way, I would definitely meet with a reputable chiropractor in your area for evaluation.

That sound like sciatica.  Definitely check out a chiro.
