Very bad posture, can it be corrected?

I have suffered from severly bad posture from abt the age of 13. That is when I started to notice it.  It was really bad.  I looked hunchback when I would bend over.   I am now 29.  I have worked out a lot and my posture has gotten better, but still not as good as I would like.  I have an appointment this week to see a local Chiroprator who was refered by a good friend.  I recently have been having neck pains and discomfort, as well as headaches when I am active.  I play golf alot, and this only adds to the issure.  Is this something that can be repair without surgery? assume the only issue is bad posture?  A few years ago a friend of mine and I were wrestling, and I hurt my neck by him falling on my by accident and causing a whip like effect on my neck, I believe that also may of cause some pain..  But assuming there are no major issues, and posture is the only concern, can this be fixed by rehabilitation?

Assuming you don't have any irregularity to your cervical curve, that the disc spaces are healthy and full, and that the vertebral bodies are in good shape without any degeneration changes, then yes, you can probably make quality improvements to your posture.
