knot on my left side of my back
idk i just need a possible answer to my question. i recentely posted but no replies. i have a knot nothing huge on the left side of my lower back you can only feel it when i bend over like touching my toes position and if i push it a certain way it moves nothing painful unless i press really hard. please respond back someone. thanks e.h

It may be a fatty tissue deposit called a lipoma. A dermatologist would be the best person to consult in that case.
