Do you know if its possible for tfcc tear to fully heal on its own. Pain is 1/10 when i do a curling motion but doesn't seem to be going away. Pain is not contsant only when i pick something up heavy with my palm facing up. Other than that i dont even think of it. should i be doing wrist exercise.
Do you think that bench press and push ups, pull ups might make it worse even though they dont hurt? If this does not go away. Is surgery wise and how long should i wait before considering it? Is it worth the risk? Anyway thanks for any help.
