Vitamins to control fatigue? Is there too much?

Hello :0)

Over the past couple of years, I have become very tired all of the time. I am a mother of a small child, but there should be no reason to feel as tired as I am. I can literally fall asleep at any point in the day, my muscles are weak, I don't get things done that I need to get done because the desire to rest overcomes the need for other things, and its just taken over my life. I am currently taking quite a bit of vitamins, but thinking of adding a few. I currently take a prenatal vitamin, Vitamin D, Vitamin B6, Zinc, Biotin, Meletonin (only at night as that's the only time I can't sleep), and my regular medicine which is Lexapro, zertec, and Ativan. I'm thinking of adding Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin C. Are these too much while simultaneously taking a Prenatal Vitamin?

Hey Mrsdrost,

if I were you you I would revisit the meds you're taking, which by the way
have as side effects all the symptoms you're describing.

Try to find a holistic doctor who will work with you and help you sort out things.
What are you diagnosed with to be taking these types of meds?

Taking vitamins at random is never a good idea, specially cheap vitamins
full of undesirable fillers and questionable quality.
It may add an additional burden to your already compromised health.

If you provide me with detailed information, medical history, lifestyle, weight,
diet, height, fitness levels, stress levels, past traumas, etc. I might be able to give you some suggestions.

Best wishes.
Niko
