pain in chest and back when breathing in (not like normal posts I have seen)

I have pain in my back and chest when I breathe in. On my heart side (left side?). Its just under my trap beside my shoulder wing thingy and I feel the pain through to my chest, like heart area/under my pectoral plate (meaning its not my chest bones etc. its under that). The harder I breathe the worse it hurts. Sitting still it still hurts all the time, just not as bad. I am dizzy, and it gets worse more breathe in hard or do anything. I am weak/tired and I don't have a low grade fever but I do have a hot forehead and the rest of me is cold to the touch, esp hands an stuff. This could be from my job, I sit a lot and the more I type the colder my arms and hands get anyway... But I know my forehead is hot. This issue is causing my slight anxiety issues (PTSD and TBI from war, I was infantry) worse, but I can manage that. I pooped pure blood the other day, there was no stool, it was just blood, and my stomach hurt a lot, but now its much better but still randomly hurts a little. I am not that nauseous, but it does come and go with severe pain and dizziness, just less. I have not thrown up yet. I have had three PE's (blood clots in my chest, two went through heart into one lung and the other was just in the other lung) but this pain doesn't feel as bad. With those, I let it go for weeks and almost died and was in so much pain I was literally passing in and out. On a 1 to 10 it was a 100, and I have been through some real pain in my life... Anyway, this is like a 2 always and maybe a 8 at the highest when I breathe in. The dizziness is not something I am used to, so it seems like a level 10 to me, but to some it might not be that bad. I do almost fall over and I feel like I might black out almost or pass out, but I haven't yet. I don't feel right, something is wrong, I just don't know what. Problem is that everyone wants to do a cat scan because I had blood clots years ago. Well normally I would not care, but I have HAD 12 TOTAL now and I refuse to get another. The reason I have had so many is switching doc's, diff military ones and civilian etc. and people used to confuse my anxiety for "another blood clot".  Now I know what anxiety feels like and can identify, I know its not blood clots. This however, I have no idea what it is.... I am not exactly sure when it started, like maybe 5 or so days ago, and it was just after/around or during (cant remember, part of the TBI issue lol) when I had bad stomach pain and pooped pure blood. I also had a SHARP, but only like 2 sec's worth, of pain in my leg the other day. I was wondering if I might be throwing tiny clots and one is stuck, or if I have some other issue like pericarditis . The thing is, I will DIE before I get another cat scan. I hate them, I am going to die of cancer from the radiation before I actually figure out what's going on with my lungs.  I have had several clotting factor tests, all of which came back inconclusive or negative (meaning I don't clot). Oddly, maybe have came back inconclusive though... I never had any kind of tick fever or anything in my life. I did have some gastronomical HELL for a few days a few months back, I felt like I was dying. I never went in to ER, but the person with me had same thing (we were not in the USA, but we did not drink the water etc.) and they ended up having various parasite and bacteria in them and was hospitalized. My stomach has not felt right since, so maybe this has to do with that, I mean after all, I never took antibiotics like the other person did. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. No I will not go to the ER and I will not get another cat scan unless I am dying and I know its a blood clot because the pain is that bad, or just maybe dead because I would prob still wait forever even if the pain got 100% worse.  I just don't want another cat scan, it never shows anything and costs thousands each time. .
