Hi,
All your symptoms point towards peptic ulcer with one episode of bleeding.
An upper GI endoscopy may be done to confirm it.
A course of PPI like prilosec or nexium may be taken.
H.pylori infection is the commonest cause. So check for this infection and if found positive treat it with triple therapy ( antibiotics).
