I really dont know where to begin..... but here goes.....  Every morning i wake up, i feel sick....i feel like I have to throw up, (which i sumtimes do- most of the time its yellow-y coloured, like bile or something)  And not all day but lots of it, I will randomly gag, and my mouth starts salivating alot...and the gagging will go on for a couple minutes, and then dissappear for a while..  If anyone has any idea what this may be, it would help alot..

what is "gerd, PPl?       and is the upper gi endoscopy and 24 ph monitoring and exam?  ( basically i should go to the doctors?)

Hi,
Nausea and water brash ( the excess fluid in mouth) could indicate GERD.
PPI along with lifestyle modifications would be helpful.
Upper GI endoscopy and 24 hours pH monitoring would help to confirm the diagnosis.
