Fried eggs may lower blood pressure, but they raise cholesterol, so be careful out there.  Much better ways to lower blood pressure.  Best herbal formula I ever saw was the linden/mistletoe combination by Herb Pharm, if they still make it.  And to the person who fries in olive oil:  Olive oil isn't a good oil to use at high heat, it becomes carcinogenic.  High oleic canola oil is better, but you can use a whole lot of oils, especially tropical oils, which got a bad rap for being high in saturated fat but are also extremely high in antioxidants.  Some people don't like canola oil, I should add, it's got some controversy to it, too.  Tough world out there.

Two researchers at Canada's University of Alberta recently ran lab tests to determine if consumption of fried eggs or boiled eggs would produce greater amounts of ACE inhibitory peptides.

I'll cut to the chase: The fried eggs won.

Now you're putting up your smelly shoes! :-)
