My approx. masturbation/year is 1400 times and can lead to HIV false result?

I've been made masterbation almost everyday at the rate of 3-4 times per day. Approximately my masterbation per month is 90-100 times. I remember that I did masterbation in that rate for 20 months so my total estimated masterbation is 1800 times until today. So then what will happen to me? Now I am suffering from skin itchy in the cold places and delay of hair growth. Are those symptoms related to over masterbation? I think my CD4 cells have a lot of problems due to many lost of protein whenever I do masterbation? Isn't it?

The only physical symptom it can lead to is raw skin on your penis or a possible skin reaction to lubricants.  It is totally unconnected to any immune issues.  I suggest you address your anxiety directly as it may be adding to the frequency as well as being the main problem.

Is there possibly something else going on in your life that is the story behind the story of your anxiety?

Until you get a response from the expert, perhaps you could check out the Men's Health Forum.  I've seen some posts (from other forums) re-routed there when talking about masturbation.  I'm sure Dr Ted Grossbart will respond when he is able.
