Looks ok apart from the diagonal 1 vessel that is an artery branching off the Left anterior descending (LAD). This seems to be blocked at its origin. However there does seem to be some feed getting to it from somewhere, perhaps a collateral.
What have they suggested next? If symptoms of Angina are the problem, then perhaps a nuclear scan would be a good choice. This will give firm results to match against the angiogram.

Perhaps you could ask the cardiologist if they used FFR during the Angiogram. This is a tiny sensor on the tip of the Catheter and it gives a readout to the Cardiologist indicating pressure and flow of blood. Slowly passing this down the Coronary Arteries will show if there is a sudden drop off of blood flow. These things are not visible to the human eye and not always obvious. One of my Arteries had a huge drop in blood flow half way down, yet there was no visible blockage. 2xStents later, everything was back to normal.
