Young mother

I am a 22 year-old mother with a two-year old son, whom I breast feed for a 1 1/2 years. During my pregnancy I threw a blood clot to my lung for which I had to go on blood thinners for, apparently I have a clotting disease called Leiden Factor IV. My breasts are different sizes now and completely deflated. I am still young and do some modeling but cannot afford breast augmentation. I am currently in school to someday become a plastic surgeon. Do you have any advice on where I could get the procedure done at a cheaper price and if it would be safe for me?

In the presence of this inherited hypercoagulability condition (Leiden Factor V), I would obtain the opinion of a hematologist before proceeding with any consideration of an elective cosmetic procedure.  Pre and/or post-operative treatment with anticoagulants could lead to bleeding into the implant pockets which would be an unacceptable complication for breast augmentation.  While a university center might be willing to perform this procedure at a reduced cost to you, the real question is - why ask for trouble in order to undertake a cosmetic procedure from either the inherited condition itself, or from a complication of its management.
