partial face lift/neck lift problems

I had a partial face lift and neck lift 2 years ago. I still feel extreme tension/tightness at the sides of my neck, near my cervical nodes. I cannot palpate any node enlargement. I am also experiencing increasing parasthesia of my lips to the point of difficulty enunciating words. I have no lip drooping, but I experience some saliva drooling while speaking. My surgeon merely suggests more surgery.

At two years post surgery, these symptoms are highly unusual.  This is particularly true of the lip parathesias and drooling.  I would suggest a complete evaluation by your primary care doctor, who may also suggest an evaluation by a neurologist to determine if there is some undetected other neurologic condition that may be causing these problems.

Thank you for your advice AND for taking time out of your busy day for a "curbside consult".
