Confused and Unhappy

Hi, I’ve suffered with IBS for years and my mothers had crohns since 1981 ( the year I was born). I’ve been referred to my GI because I have elevated calprotectin levels which are moderate. (338). I have a clear colonoscopy but now I’ve developed anemia , ulcers in my mouth and severe lower abdominal pain that is thankfully clear of appendix and ovarian issues.
Does anyone know what the pain could be? Thankyou
