Contant thirst

Hi I am 41 years old and have recently been diagnosed wıth ulcerative colitis, however looking back I have had it for probably 15 years.  I have been prescribed salofalk 500 mg and have been taking these since Nov.  Since I started I am always thirsty and my hair and skin are so dry.   My stools are now very hard but probably 3 or 4 times day.Does anyone else feel like this?

From what I researched briefly, Salofalk, like a lot of prescription meds, can cause dehydration, which probably answers why you're thirsty all the time. I read that even hairloss can be a side-effect, due to having a very dry scalp.

I used to have very similar symptoms, including feeling exhausted all the time, but I've switched to AMP-concentrated pills from www.aloeelite.com. They're so much better.

I also have hairloss - my hairbrush looks like I've been brushing s dog sometimes!  I am also feeling exhausted.  Thank you so much for your comment.  I have looked at the website and these pills are also much cheaper than the salofalk. :)
