help needed

I've been having problems for about a year now. And I think it may be crohn's from the research I've done.
Symptoms - constipation, can go for days even weeks without going. Can feel every move it makes through my bowels and can be painful at times. My stool is usually dark green and has a moucus looking film with it at times. I have no bleeding problems so far but there is a weird sticky substance on the tp afterwards. Been taking magnesium citrate about twice a month but when I do it makes my rectum feel like its on fire.lose of appetite and weight(unintentional). Pain in my stomach and around my bellybutton. I stay cold all the time as well.

These are the tests I've had done between the ER and my doctor - blood and urine test, upper scope and colonoscopy, x-rays several times. CT Scan on my head.
Test ordered by the specialist I've recently gone to see - abdominal CT scan.
And all results have come back negative and I don't know what else to do or who to see about this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated Thanks.

it might be a digestive issue, not necessarily Crohn's. Was your blood tested for ANA levels. Well, even ANA positive is not a conclusive test for any Auto-immune disease.

What I see is you are already confused & worried. It is only normal for a person to feel that way and to start worrying about the worst case screnario. Have the faith that you will be better soon and include some relaxation time in your daily routine. Let the docotors take care of the body, while you stay positive & emotionally strong. Keep writing in.

Digestive problems may cause green stool. If a body is not properly digesting the food correctly, the food particles will not be absorbed into the intestines, leaving colored stools. Bile salts that are not properly processed through the intestines can also cause dark green stools.

Some antibiotics may cause the stool to change color. The bacterial levels are changed due to the introduction of a medicine and the stool color will most likely be affected. These stool color changes should only be temporary and subside when the medicine is stopped.

Other illnesses like celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome and ulcerative colitis can cause green stool. These illnesses will need to be treated by a doctor. A person may also pass green stool if their body is starving, or just not getting the nutrients it needs.
