Hi,
Congratulations on your BFP!
It's weird that they don't at least do blood test... I'm with Fertility Clinic, so they really care about this stuff, but even in past, when I suspected pregnancy it only took my doctor's order to have beta done at a hospital...
Anyway, so far you don't have to be worried about any numbers, so you can enjoy being pregnant:)
My due date is either Dec.21 or Dec.23 according to 2 different online calculators, so we are pretty close..
Dolphin05: Hi, how was your first ultrasound? I hope everything is perfect:)
alexnsusan: We are same age, but it's my first baby.. How are you doing? Did you have any problems getting pregnant?
hopecase...that's great! How many embryos did you have transferred? I had 4 but my betas were 174, 487 and 1069. I am hoping for one healthy baby! I can't take the wait!! What are your symptoms?
Amy7875 I have my ultrasound the same day as you, may 4th. Goodluck! Lmk how it goes
hey girls....my name is Amy, I just turned 40 in March and this is my 4th time at IVF/icsi and it finally worked. We have male factor so my husband doesn't produce many sperm. I have a 4 year old daughter named Ellie from my 1st IVF.
I figured my due date as December 22, 2011 on ivf.ca, not sure if it is correct or not.
My symptoms are just hunger, little gagging once in a while, tingling boobs.
My ultrasound is May 4th and I cannot wait!
Alexsusan - this is where you are! I found ya! I was on a different forum before.
Best wishes for healthy babies for everyone!!!!
I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Joanna, I'm 38 (almost 39) years old and got pregnant by IVF.
I don't have children yet so I'm really waiting for this one:)
According to Medhelp calendar I'm 5 weeks, 5 days pregnant with due date on December 23rd.
I don't have too many symptoms yet, just sore breasts, a little bit of nausea and extreme hunger.
This coming Friday I will have my first ultrasound and can sit still;)
I hope everybody is doing great and your babies are growing fast:)
I get a little nauseous here and there but not to the point of puking. I also got really tired last week but that has gone away some. My only real constant symptom is my chest. It is definitely bigger (and it was big to begin with so i'm feeling a little ridiculous) and they are SORE! The amount of soreness changes day to day though. Yesterday was bad. I laid on my stomach and even that hurt them. I'm not complaining though. I even wish i had more morning sickness just to feel pregnant. I've waited 4 years for this to happen so bring it on! I just want to feel pregnant and know this baby is still doing well in there. Haha.
