The answer to that is yes. i would be interested in finding out why. It could be from your bite, a habit that you might have or from periodontal problems(I do not know how old you are). See your dentist in the near future.
Well i have always had a overbite. wehn i look it does not look like it has moved at all but for some reason just feels further out when i bite down on my bottom lip. Im very worried and cannot afford braces at this point. So teeth move on their own? Do i need to worry it will continue to move forward?
when the bite is off, and/or where there are periodontal issues, teeth can indeed move on their own, and they usually keep going in the direction they are going. You need to see a dentist for a proper avaluation of the issue. there is realy no other choice if you want to treat it and/or find out exactlky what the problem is. You'll need xrays, and exam, and perhaps some molds of your teeth.
