BAD TASTE IN MOUTH PLEASE HELP

i have suffered for a long while from an either real or imagined bad taste in my mouth. I chew gum, brush my teeth, use mouthwash, but it's still there! sometimes it's not so bad but when I am worrying about it it's worse. I've been to the dentists because I started to get sore teeth recently and I mentioned the taste in my mouth but she said she couldn't see anything wrong. I have braces by the way, so I am going to the orthodontists about the tooth pain and will mention the bad taste again. but I want the opinions of other people, why is this happening and how on earth can I combat it! I want to be able to talk to people without covering my mouth in fear! I want to be able to make out with boys without being so scared my mouth tastes gross! Please can I have some advice cause this is really getting me down now that I have a boyfriend and I want to kiss him and stuff but I'm way too scared.

Are you brushing and flossing frequently and properly?  There's a technique to flossing underneath your braces/wires so its important to maintain the hygiene of the mouth.  Also try brushing your tongue and soft palate.  If there's a continued sense of bad breath, its possible it could be coming from the throat area and not in the mouth exactly.

You can consult any dentist in Auckland or you may try some pills to remove the bad breath.

Brushing the teeth is not enough for good oral hygiene rather brushing teeth with gums, tongue, sides of your cheeks are more effective. Floss properly and make sure nothing is remains in the teeth. If the issue still remains use peroxide sometimes but make sure you don’t swallow that stuff!
