Possible nerve irritation

Two years ago I had dental surgery in the bottom 1st molar for a tooth that was cracked below the surface. It was a difficult surgery.  Three weeks later, I got a crown. Three days after the crown, I began feeling tension, tightness, slight burning on the left side of my face, across my nose, eyes, and behind my ear.  On the right side, I had tinnitus.  I've had every test imaginable and am healthy.  Is it possible that this is a result of the dental work?  If so, how would they find out?

Normally a dental check up would be done to check the area and find out whats going on.  So the symptoms started two years ago after the crown was placed?

If you can't find whats wrong, you may want to try to remove the crown and see if that helps but I would do that after consulting with your dentist to see if there's any other issues going on.
