Teeth pain after composite fillings

Hello about 2 weeks ago I went to get fillings done on the right side of my mouth and my teeth NEVER hurt before this happened, after the fillings were done and once the numbness went away I started to feel pain whenever I ate something or drank something cold or hot. I told my dentist about this and she adjusted it and it still hurts so I went back for more fillings on my left side and now that side hurts. I informed my dentist and she said I DONT need a root canal because the cavity wasn't deep at all and according to the X-rays I don't need one either so why is my teeth hurting?

If the bite isn't the problem, they may need to just redo the filling one more time in case something happened during the procedure.

I'm going back on Thursday for a checkup because I got my wisdom teeth out last Thursday and they said they will fix my teeth that hurt but yet already lowered the bite before, it always hurts when I drink something cold only sometimes it hurts not all the time so idk what the dentist could do differently than they did before

Not sure.  Does the bite feel off at all?  That's usually the most common problem.  With the bite off, there's more pain when you chew and causes more sensitivity.

What's the next step with your dentist?
