why erythema multiformae is most commonly seen on lower lip n not anywhere else in oral cavity???

I don't know where you got this information from.  Erythema multiforme forms on the gums, tongue, lips and palate.

but any oral lesions of erythema multiformae starts with the lip first.....what about that???
and i would be very thankful if you answer 2 my question related to lower lip......thanking you in anticipation

To my knowledge, erythema multiforme is not most commonly seen on the lower lip.  It is generally seen cheeks and tongue, then most frequently on the inner lip.
