my gum hurt
my gum has been hurting for 3 days now its really just annoying then pain everything is red and the pain comes and goes what could that be
it was a canker sore i went and seen my dentist and she said it was a canker sore now is blistex any good cause the orljel on mine to day

I would keep an eye on it and see if it worsens or anything. Still a good idea to go to the dentist to make sure its nothing serious.
yeah it is but its prolly been a week now it feels like nothing is there i have been using salt water but i did have a bump and now it half way gone

Usually the turn around time for those is a week and it normally doesn't recur that quickly. Its a little odd that it hurts on and off.
the pain has gone away but im sure it my come back not sure but what about a fever blister or cankers?

Could be anything from mild gingivitis, food getting stuck in the gums to an abscess of some sort. Its hard to say. You should go to your dentist and get it checked out.
