there is no question that stress can cause these symptoms...if you are a student, you should consult your student health program for help.

If you want answers from the doctor you may need to post another question.
From what you just wrote it sounds like the headaches are indeed due to stress or anxiety.  Often we go into situations believing that they will be much worse than they actually are.
Not feeling dizzy that one time may help you build your confidence in other areas.
Sweating and restless legs could be due to anxiety.  They are symptoms from the stress response (fight or flight).

I think the dizziness from the motion sickness may be a separate event.  Not sure.  I do think that dizziness would affect your thoughts though.

Understanding what is causing the tension should help.
You could also try basic relaxation exercises.

The expert on the compulsive behaviors expert forum has provided some members with suggestions regarding obsessive thoughts.  It could be helpful.
You may also like to consider a few therapy sessions.  This should set you up for the future as well.

Anxiety, stress and tension can cause a lot of symptoms.
In my opinion it would be a good idea to raise your concerns with your doctor.
Disclosing all your symptoms may also help the doctor make a more accurate diagnosis.

Doctor's often do physical exams to rule out other possible causes.
Once this is done they'll have a more informed opinion as to how best to treat you.

I was wondering if the initial problem could have been caused by dehydration.
Low blood sugar levels can cause similar symptoms too.

To me, a lay person, it sounds like anxiety.
I've gotten stressed and panicky when I've felt my doctor has been a bit complacent about aspects of my health care.  It's driven my mind into overdrive regarding possible ailments (none of which ever eventuate).  Still, sometimes feeling fobbed off makes you feel even more anxious (and convinced that it is something serious).
Headaches in my experience are a common symptom of anxiety.  Not that the headache can always be readily associated with stress or anxiety.  It is rarely that clear cut.

I just noted something yesterday.  I was reading a members journal on ect, a topic that really stresses me out.  Afterwards my head felt like it was about to explode, etc.  I've had this yucky fuzzy head thing for long periods before but never been able to connect it directly to anxiety.  For me I found the experience hugely educational.  If it happens again I guess I won't be thinking it was due to x, y, z but due to stress and anxiety.

Having normal test results should allay your fears a little.

The doctor here has answered recent posts on concentration that you may find useful.

I would discuss these concerns with your doctor and possibly even look at psychotherapy as an option to work through the anxiety and underlying issues.
I think also when the anxiety is as high as it seems to be in your case a short course of medication can be helpful.

I would be following this up with your doctor.
