Dear KarenRuth
You are obviously a strong individual, who tries over and over to help herself and don't give up. I admire you for that.
What do you mean "function rather poorly"? What are the activities you wish to do better?
Are the cycles of the Bi-Polar disorder very frequent at your case?
Do you have a family or are you living on your own?
I am currently seeing a psychiatrist for the purpose of diagnosis. I am probably schizophrenic. Maybe we can help each other. You obviously have very strong spirit - you should remember that.
In greatest sympathy and admiration

Srk,
It is unfortunate that you still function rather poorly, despite attempts at self-help, as well as treatment by your clinicians. It is unclear what your psychiatric diagnosis is, but I will encourage you to continue working with your treating psychiatrist/therapist, and to discuss your concerns further with them.
Dear srk,
what exactly are suffering from? Are you on meds? I would really like to help you if i can
Your friend
Naomi
