i cant sleep
I have been taking alprazolam..and now i feel like i cant sleep if i dont take it...i dont want to get addicted and i want to feel normal..my doctor recommended i get counsling...can someone help me...please..and i'm only 23...

Your doctor might be recommending counseling for your general anxiety level..if it is just sleep, he can try other medications to substitute for this or consult with a sleep lab if the trouble is chronic.
thank you....so do you suggest i stop taking alprozolam...and maybe see how counseling goes and maybe ask to be put on sleeping pills....
