Hello I (look) after my son who suffers from schizoprenia, autisim, cardiomyopathy that was casued by clozapine and first stages of emphazema (cannot spell it). he is now on sollann 400g twice daily, simvahexal 40g at night,DPL aspirin 100g daily, and toprol XL1909mg morning, coversyl 2.5mg daily, Meprazol 20mg twice daily. my son has been experencing muscle aches and pains for aome time and very bad heaches. are any of these meds causing this and if not what tests i can request to find out whatis happening. it is putting a lot of strain on the family. he does want to go out because he is in so much pain..this is not right and i cannot seem to get it through to the Doctor. Eric cannot explain himself very well due ot his Autisim and due to this they keep saying it is part of his mental illness. as a parent i know my son more than anyone and feel what is is saying is not being listened to or taken seriosly . i would like some help. I am his sole carer and i suffer from ataxia it is hereditary and i am not being listened to because i have a disability..this may sound difficult to understand but some people think because you have a disability also that you do not have a brain as well. i find this insulting and frustrating. My son deserves to be listened to mental illness or not and i find that people who have a mental illness are not given the same treatment "what i mean by that is that when they have a problem it is seen to be all in there head. This is not fair or just. can you help me figure his problem out so we can all have a quality of life.

thanks

That slowness is probably another symptom of depression, so any of the medications you are taking for depression will have to be adjusted upward or changed.
