Despite feeling so bad and struggling so much it almost sounds as though you are moving towards being a happier and healthier individual. I say this because it sounds like you are starting to feel whereas before you didn't (or at least you hid your emotions because they were so painful and overwhelming).
Family often don't understand us or how bad we feel. Some people just aren't receptive to hearing about our vulnerabilities. Often people will get angry with us because they feel hopeless about being able to help us (as we need them to help us and not how they think we want and need help). Other people just think we're weak and need to snap out of it or pull our socks up.
The depressive symptoms could be protecting you against the underlying issues. They are there when our life isn't working as we want or need it too.
It happens when we are uncontained. It does run itself out eventually. Something happens and our thoughts and feelings change.
Are you in therapy?
To answer your question I think it is probably anxiety-related. But is made worse by stress. And probably does have depressive elements in it.
ptsd, complex-ptsd, bpd -they all seem pretty much the same.

He means its a Human condition, Man as in Human..In other words that Meds help, I liked what jaquta had to say...
well i suffer short term memory loss and my concientration is terrible and vision is blurry on these meds. and i get upset very easily when I don't understand something.then I fall apart so I think reading that much might throw me under the bus.
I suggest that you view sections 33 - 34, on PTSD, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and have a course of EMDR therapy, which is known to be effective. Depression is addressed in section 2; view pages R, & V first, and eventually the rest of that section, and section 6, on anxiety; page N first; try the free CBT, hypnosis, EFT, a daily relaxation method, and perhaps one of the top 2 NATURAL PRODUCTS.
thats totally where i m coming from...its scary for me to see it written.
I have no idea what it means either. I just take its meaning from the context in which it is written.
I tried googling it but at best came up with the name, Reverend Mr John Flavel.
It's a bit scary seeing it and trying to interpret it, especially if the person has a history of abuse.

that comment really bothers me still....
Oh and Thank-You I have a appt. with a psychiatrist tomorrow. Just didn't know what to tell him and/or ask him since I am not sure what is really wrong with me.
what do you mean by a man's relief?
There is something you can do for yourself and that is to get yourself to a psychiatrist and ask for medication as well as psychotherapy. You can get a man's relief from your suffering. You're kind of depression is a very treatable disease. It is not something that you can treat by yourself.
