Pea sized white hard bump right under the head of my penis

Hey my question is that i used to have a couple small little white bumps around the bottom of my penis head but they were more like pimples and could be popped then one night after having sex with my gf those couple bumps just went away and then become one hard white pea sized bump. It is really noticeable whether my penis is soft or erect. It is also hard when my penis is soft or erect as well. It also feels as if it moves around a little bit but it has never hurt and has stayed the same size for a long time. Any clue to what this could be and how i can cure it? Please and thank you. It makes me nervous and embarrassed.

If it moves around, that's a good sign- it's probably just a clogged pore, but to be certain, you should see a doctor to have them give you an in person exam and gather more of your medical history- that's the only way to get an accurate answer.
