what are the best options for me to speak treatment? Where should I go?

I have had folliculitis for years tried both ointments and prescribed antibiotics but it never permanently goes away a doctor told me last year I may be colonized in bacteria it is on my armpits chest neck and groin region.doctors never seem to take this serious what should I do?

In addition to the treatments (antibiotics and ointments), do you use an antibacterial soap regularly?  What was the doctors suggestion who told you might be colonized in bacteria?
