2 Mole-like spots on Penis that pop and come back

I've had this mole-like spot for about 10 months. At first, I thought it was just a mole until I saw another one on the other side of my shaft. I got discouraged so I tried to "pop" them. This lead to some clear fluid and a little bit of blood to come out. It scabbed over and then they were completely gone after about 3 days. However, they come back a week later in the same spot, looking the exact same. It's a little bit raised, doesn't itch, doesn't hurt, but unattractive. I have no idea what it could be?

Haven't gotten a chance to see a doctor yet but the spots are still there. It's not getting any worse or better and there is still no pain involved. Every week and a half I "pop" them then it takes like 3-4 deals to heal and then the area looks clear. About 4-5 days after that they look like mole-like scar. It's not a rash because it's isolated to 2 different spots.

Could it be an infected hair follicle or MC? It doesn't look like any HPV pictures I looked at and again, it doesn't hurt at all.  I would just like a little more clarity until I can afford to make a doctor visit.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be contact dermatitis, rash due to friction rub, folliculitis, cysts ,molluscum contagiosum(multiple, small, dome-shaped papules, often with a central depression or plug) or genital warts(caused by HPV infection).

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
