Abnormal vs. Cancerous?

My question is what is a abnormal biopsy of a mole when it isnt cancerous.  It makes me extremly nervous because of the other moles I have on my body.  You cant have them all taken off, so I was trying to figure out what to look for.  This really scares me the DR. just called me today and I'm not sure what all of this means yet.  Anyone who knows the answer to my question feel free to let me know.  Thank you and my God bless

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
What you have got in the biopsy report is an atypical mole. They are larger than other nevi (> 6 mm diameter) and primarily round (unlike many melanomas) but with indistinct borders and mild asymmetry. If you notice changes in the mole's/mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful. Otherwise it should be left as such.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I'm pretty sure it means they are pre-cancerous. I've had several of them where they've had to go in and remove the pre-cancerous cells.
