Thanks Bhupinder.
But like i said i have tried everything from Benzoyl Peroxide to Salicylic Acid peels, antibiotics and also dermabrasion for marks. I got best results from Salicylic Acid peels n dermabrasion n was quite clear till i used to take them. But once i stopped taking the peels my acne returned that too very badly. So i have just two options left, hormonal treatment and accutane.
But my hormonal tests also seem to show normal results. What could be the cause of recurrent acne? Also please suggest the best treatment for my case that i cud consider.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Acne is caused by the overstimulation of the skin’s oil glands which block the opening of the pores.  This in turn, stimulates bacteria to grow resulting in swelling or inflammation.  There are several preparations for acne that are available over the counter, like Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid.

You can prevent and treat acne by changing your lifestyle like eating proper diet, getting a good amount of sleep and drink at least eight glasses of water daily.  You can also treat acne by cleaning your face regularly, using skincare products, apply antibacterial topical medications. With the help of the doctor, the treatment of oral antibiotics, contraceptive pills, retinoids, cortisone injections, chemical peels and laser treatment can be your choices.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
