Infiltrative basal cell.. Scared

I have basal cell carcinoma that is infiltrated and has been on my nose for three-plus years now I am scheduled for Mohs surgery on May 9th and reconstructive plastic surgery on the 10th. I am literally petrified one concern is I am a redhead and the lidocaine does not work on me so they're going to use marcaine I'm not sure if that will work number 2 I'm afraid of the unknown since they can't tell me how much they're going to have to cut off I'm afraid I'm going to be super disfigured yes I'm going to have plastic surgery but they can't even tell me what they're going to do until it's done I really need some advice cuz I'm thinking I'm going to cancel it I know that I need to be cancer-free however I don't want to look like a freak Show the rest of my life please share some stories with me good or bad

I worked with a redhead who had Moh's on her nose and once it healed and the redness went away you couldn't see it.  Maybe she could if she looked close but I couldn't see it looking casually.
