bright red bumps on genitals thats not fungus or bacteria

hello. i hav some bright red bumps on my penis head and scrotum. they itch most of the time and especially when there is heat. i've had this issue for close to 3 months now, i've seen a doctor and she ran a blood test and a urine test. the test came out and there was no sign of fungi or bacteria,and its not an sti, she says it might be an irritation, but she's not sure, she gave me a cream to use called skineal.. so far after 7 days, the problem has only worsened. pls can u help as this is really depressing

well, so far, the itching and blister has spread to my laps, buttocks, stomach waistline, inbetween fingers and my arms. i went to see a doctor who gave me hydrocortizone cream, after using the cream for a while, my penis head looks better, but the itching is still there, i now itch all over my body non-stop. i think i might have scabies, i brought up the idea when i went to see the doctor, but he just ignored me........pls i need a solution or a recomendation on what to use

Well at this point i think best to see your doctor for a checkup. Its always good to to a yearly checkup to make sure you in good health.

Hi, a month ago i had a sex with a call girl.Its a intercose with less than 5 minutes and also weared condmn also.

i havnt changed my detergent..nd it might be possible that it could be from masturbating, wat do u suggest i shud do if that be the case. and one more tin, the rashes on my scrotum are very small and red and are all over the scrotum, only a few are a little big.

Hi and welcome, have you changed your cloths washing detergent as sometimes the chemicals can cause rashes and irritation. You might have 2 different problems. The penis head spots could be from masturbating where you force the blood and could cause your penis tip pores to become enlarged and sometimes medications can cause a reaction similar to what your describing. The scrotum could be the rash from soap chemicals and especially if you start to scratch that area when you sleeping.
