Are you having any other symptoms?  Did the bumps just appear?  Bumps on your tongue can be caused by lots of things- stress, infections, spicy foods, allergies- and the list goes on.  It would be best to have a doctor, who can take more of your medical history, and take a closer look at them in person to determine the cause.
