Black oily dots on upper cheekbones when I sweat

I’ve been getting these black oily dots on my cheekbones after I sweat. This has been happening for 15-20 years. Note: these are NOT black heads. They wipe right off. I used tanning beds for years in the 90’s. I’m a 41 year old healthy male. Only problems are folliculitus on upper chest, and mild eczema on my upper arms during winter and times of stress. I eat mostly organic foods. Has anyone heard any about this condition? Final note, my skin is very oily. At times my forehead will actually look like I’m sweating but in fact it’s oil!

How are you doing?  Were you able to locate any products to try to control the oily skin?  Has it helped?

It sounds like it might be caused by the oil, are you using anything to try to control the oily skin?
