Black seed Under Penis Skin

Well ive noticed that right underneath the skin of the shaft of my penis I  had a black growth. I used a sterlized paper clip and got the growth out. It looks like a small black/brown seed. The skin that it was under is still open (I have cleaned the area well) and I can basically put the paperclip in the opening and out the other side of it. Basically the openings look like I could of had some type of piercing on the shaft of the penis but I have had no such piercing (it's just a example for a visual picture). It's not going through my entire penis just on the one side of the shaft. There is no pus or chain of these growths and I was just wondering if this was a normal occurance or if I should make haste in taking care of this. Any help on the matter would be appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be collected sebum at the end of a hair follicle causing sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. It may appear black in color when infected and may also give a foul smell.

I suggest you to get an examination done from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
