Part of my nose is shiny and hot. With a pale ring round it?

A few months ago I noticed a bump forming on my nose. The doctor's said it was a blind boil. I squeezed it, nothing happened except it became very red. Then I put ice on it to stop the swelling. A week later it came back?! Exact same place, on the outside of my right nostril! So I went back to the doctors and had flucloxacillin. Nothing happened. Went back, been prescribed acicloyvir. Again nothing happen. I've tried every type of cream and the only one working seems to Canensten. What is this on my nose? It's shiny but not scaling? It's pinky coloured and in a circle???
