What's the cause of these butt rashes and what's the remedy?

I have persistent rashes on my butt. It's been my problem since elementary and can't get rid of it until now that I'm already a college grad.
These pimple-like, small lumps like that of a mosquito bite keep appearing on both my butt cheeks that's sometimes itchy and also forms a pus at the center. I'm really embarrassed to have it checked up 'coz my butt skin has already darkened i guess due to scratching the scabs.
I know it's gross but I really need help so I uploaded an image of a part of my butt just so anyone could figure out what the problem is.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Such kind of bumps can due to irritated hair follicles due to irritation with the clothes. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Looks like acne to me. They look like whiteheads. Try a benzoyl peroxide acne face wash and see if it helps.
