Small white bump on lip

It started out of no were last August;  a constant burning sensation of my lips. It caused bumps to appear overnight.  Always one bump and it never turns into a sore or crusts. I went to the dermatologist, internist and allergist/ immunologist.  No diagnosis!  My allergist has said he can't explain it.  The only thing that works is benadryl but I'm exhausted after taking it.
The burning has subsided where it's no longer constant but it comes and goes. My internist said its stress.  But it's making me self conscious because I work with the public.  any ideas or suggestions would be great. I've had ALL kinds of tests run.  The one thing that I must add is that my wbc was low.  My immunologist doesn't know why and has sent me to see a hematologist.

Any suggestions????

Have you tried tracking when these bumps appear, what you have eaten and your stress level, what things you have placed on your skin, and where you have been?  If Benadryl is working, it sounds like it's an allergic reaction in your body to something- that could even be stress.  Try keeping a log of what you are seeing and see if that helps you to connect any dots.

I'm starting a journal right now.  Thank you very much.
Good luck!
