Ceratosis on the anterior part of my middle toe

Greetings everyone,

I'm a 22 year old male, also a med student (finished 4th year) , had dermatology so I will try to explain what I noticed:

Almost round shaped (rather irregularly) change, hyperpigmented compared to the surrounding skin , 7-9mm in diameter  with keratosis present, it's not itchy, painful, noticed it by accident
Did not such a smart thing by removing part of the keratotic skin, which can be seen clearly on the attached photos, but even while I was removing it I didn't feel anything.

Thanks for your help!

About toenail ridges and psoriasis, I have ridges solely on my toenails and no desquamation whatsoever present as far as I noticed.
It can be normal, or as a result of some infection or underlying heart/kidney/thyroid/poison etc etc (Beau's lines) , but I don't know for how long I have these ridges

It just looks like a wart to me, but you have nail ridges that could suggest psoriasis.
