thanks for the tip.

i've been searching for this topic in the internet. they say vitamin E doesn't help and makes things worst, so stay away from it.

and one natural way is aloe vera gel or extract, but you should apply it at night.

thank you doc kindd. :D i'll note your suggestion and we'll see a dermatologist. and thank you too kate110.

anyone there who has another suggestion or any experience that you can share... it will help other members who's having the same problem it will beneficial..

kudos.

Hi!

I've recently had chicken pox too, I'm 20, and I had them really bad. I've been left with lots of marks too. They aren't really scars, but appear much darker when I am either hot or cold. I've been told that a product called Bio Oil should help, you can buy it in most pharmacies. I have also been using normal Johnsons baby oil when i get out of the shower and this seems to help too.
Hope this helps.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
For the chicken pox scars,Pls apply calamine lotion on the scars. You can also use hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Pls discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them. Apply hydroquinone cream on this scar and it should go away in a few days to months. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Warm regards.
